We host cohort trainings for small and start-up non-profits on everything they need to know about fundraising to successfully manage and grow their organization. Whether you are a new non-profit, a small non-profit, or a fundraising professional looking for support and guidance, this cohort is for you! Our first cohort session begins Friday, October 18 from 12-1:30pm. Limited spots available!
Explore our services
Assess
Our Full Development Assessment will look at your fundraising efforts to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. It will also identify areas that could be discontinued or re-evaluated. This also includes a full written annual fundraising plan.
Plan
We will help you develop an annual fundraising plan, which will provide an entire year’s fundraising cycle with recommendations, strategies, and opportunities to create more sustainable funding for the organization.
Coach
Our coaching provides your organization with ongoing support from a Cultivate Fundraising Coach. The goal of this partnership is to be your “accountability buddy” and provide guidance for your team regarding best practices and recommendations on your fundraising efforts.
Train
We provide customized and individualized training to teams and boards of directors on everything from the basics of fundraising, relationship cultivation, to the role of boards in organization sustainability, and everything in between.

Jen & Cara met as peers in the non-profit space and quickly bonded over best practices and shared challenges as fundraisers. We continued to share strategies as we both transitioned from large teams in higher education fundraising to leading the small but mighty fundraising teams in community-based human service organizations. Together, we responded to the need we were hearing in our community to aid non-profits in putting together and executing solid fundraising strategies. It has been a dream come true as we get to know non-profit leaders with big hearts and passion for their missions, and support them in building the foundation for sustainable funding for their organizations. We believe “we all do better when we all do better” and we want to see our community thrive!
